Who we are

gntr (trading as gntr.io) is the data controller for this website. Contact: hello@gntr.io.

What we collect and why

• Contact form — name, email address, and message submitted via our contact form (processed by Web3Forms). Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Retained for up to 12 months or until you request deletion.
• Analytics — page views and session data collected by PostHog and Google Analytics 4. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding site usage (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You can opt out via your browser's Do Not Track setting or a cookie opt-out tool.
• Ad measurement — conversion events collected by Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags. Legal basis: your consent. Used solely to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
• Portal accounts — email address and hashed password stored by Supabase for authenticated portal access. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Retained until you close your account.

Third-party processors

We share data only with processors necessary to deliver our services: Web3Forms (form delivery), PostHog (analytics), Google (Analytics 4, Ads), Meta (advertising pixel), and Supabase (authentication). Each operates under its own privacy policy and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data; restrict or object to processing; and request data portability. To exercise any right, email hello@gntr.io. You may also lodge a complaint with Spain's data protection authority, the AEPD.

Cookies

We use first-party session cookies for authentication and third-party cookies for analytics and ad measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
